Tetrabolt CEO Carlos Embury Elected Chief of Staff of AFCEA Belvoir Chapter

ALDIE, Va. - Carlos Embury, Founder and CEO of Tetrabolt LLC, has been elected Chief of Staff of the AFCEA Belvoir Chapter for the 2026-2027 term.

The AFCEA Belvoir Chapter supports the U.S. Army and the Fort Belvoir defense community by connecting government, industry, and academia on Army C4ISR, cyber, and IT modernization priorities. As Chief of Staff, Embury coordinates chapter leadership and board activities and drives execution across committees to deliver the chapter’s annual program, including monthly luncheons, flagship events, and professional development programs that inform industry of Army mission needs.

Embury previously served as President of AFCEA Belvoir Emerging Leaders, mentoring early-career professionals across the Fort Belvoir community. He is a 2025 AFCEA International Distinguished Young Professional and a 2023 AFCEA International 40 Under 40 honoree.

An Army veteran, Embury holds a TS/SCI clearance and the CISSP and CAP certifications. He currently serves as a cybersecurity science and engineering technical advisor to DARPA’s Information Technology Directorate.
