Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Carlos is an Army veteran and cybersecurity executive with experience spanning Risk Management Framework, Zero Trust, continuous authorization, CMMC, and classified program environments. He currently serves as a cybersecurity technical advisor at DARPA and previously led security as Senior Director at Ignite IT.
Elected Chief of Staff of the AFCEA Belvoir Chapter for 2026–2027, Carlos helps connect government, industry, and academia on Army C4ISR, cyber, and IT modernization priorities.
